When Pamela came out of 'retirement' to make a cake for my sister's hen night, I was happy to photograph her work. It was nice to see her doing something she is so obviously skilled at. It inspired her to try out a few other things as well.
Only problem with it was that she didn't smother it in caramel like I suggested. When will people start listening to me about cake making!?
